1. Trust Is the Foundation
Referrals represent trust, between agents and with clients. Members should only send or accept referrals they genuinely believe are a good fit
Misrepresentation of experience, market knowledge, or intent is not tolerated.
2. Relationships Over Transactions
Next Hive Network exists to foster long-term professional relationships, not one-off transactions.
Members are encouraged to:
- Build ongoing partnerships
- Communicate openly before and after referrals
- Value alignment over speed or volume
3. Transparency in Referrals
All referral agreements are handled directly between agents.
- Next Hive Network does not take a referral fee
- Next Hive Network does not participate in transactions
- Referral terms, expectations, and compensation are solely the responsibility of the agents involved
Members must comply with all applicable local and state laws governing referral agreements.
4. Professional Conduct
Members are expected to engage professionally across all areas of the platform, including:
- Profiles
- Messages
- Community discussions
- Referral interactions
Unacceptable behavior includes (but is not limited to):
- Spam or solicitation outside of appropriate context
- Pressure tactics or aggressive outreach
- Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful communication
- Misuse of member information
5. Ethical Client Care
Clients referred through Next Hive Network should receive:
- The same level of care you would expect for your own clients
- Honest guidance and clear communication
- Respect for confidentiality and privacy
If a referral is not the right fit, members are expected to communicate that promptly and professionally.
6. Community Integrity
Next Hive Network is intentionally curated to remain a high-trust environment.
The platform reserves the right to:
- Review member activity
- Address behavior that undermines trust or community values
- Suspend or remove members who violate these standards
These actions are taken to protect the integrity of the network and its members.
