When you apply to join, you will be asked to provide:

• Primary license state

Each license is checked to confirm that the agent is currently licensed and in good standing.

This step helps ensure the network remains a professional environment where members can connect with verified agents who are accountable for the work they do.

2. Build Your Profile

Once accepted, you’ll create your professional profile.

Much like a listing, your profile helps other agents understand who you are, what you specialize in, and how you work.

Profile listings may include:

• Your market and service areas
• Specialties or niches
• Property types and price ranges
• A short professional introduction
• Your referral preferences

This isn’t a social profile.

It’s a professional snapshot that allows other agents to quickly determine whether you are a good fit for their client.

3. Search the Network

When a client needs help in another location, you can search the network to find agents who align with that situation.

Members can filter by:

• Market or location
• Specialties or areas of focus
• Experience and service preferences

Instead of relying on random social media posts or scattered introductions, you can identify agents in a structured and intentional way.

4. Connect Directly

Once you find a potential referral partner, you connect directly with that agent, and/or add them to your saved agents.

Next Hive does not sit between agents in the referral relationship.
You decide together:

• Whether the referral is a good fit
• How to introduce the client
• The details of any referral agreement

This keeps the process transparent, professional, and fully agent-to-agent, just as referrals have traditionally worked.

4. Grow Trust Over Time

As agents work together within the network, they can provide professional feedback and reviews about their experience.
