1. About Next Hive Network
Next Hive Network is a private, agent-only referral network designed to support professional connections between licensed real estate agents.
Next Hive Network is operated by Pighetti, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Eligibility
To use Next Hive Network, you must:
- Be a currently licensed real estate agent or broker in good standing
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and professional regulations
We reserve the right to verify license information and revoke access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Membership & Free Preview
- Membership includes a 7-day free preview, after which an annual fee of $99 is charged unless canceled.
- A valid payment method is required to start the free preview.
- Membership fees are billed annually.
- You may cancel at any time during the preview through your account page.
- Memberships automatically renew annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Founding Member Access:
Agents who join during the Founding Member period may receive complimentary ongoing access to the Next Hive Network. Founding Members will not be charged the annual membership fee as long as their membership remains active and in good standing within the network.
4. No Involvement in Referral Compensation
Next Hive Network does not participate in referral compensation, contracts, or agreements.
- We do not collect, control, or receive referral fees.
- We do not draft or enforce referral agreements.
- All referral terms, compensation, and obligations are handled directly between participating agents.
Next Hive Network serves solely as a connection platform and assumes no responsibility for referral outcomes.
5. No Brokerage Services
Next Hive Network is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate brokerage services.
We do not represent buyers or sellers, negotiate contracts, market properties, or participate in real estate transactions.
All brokerage services, referral agreements, commissions, and transaction-related activities are conducted solely by licensed real estate brokers operating under their respective brokerages. Members are independently responsible for compliance with all applicable state laws, licensing regulations, and brokerage policies.
6. Member Conduct
Members agree to:
- Act professionally and respectfully at all times
- Provide accurate profile and licensing information
- Use the platform in good faith
- Refrain from spam, solicitation, or misuse of member information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that undermines the integrity of the network.
7. License Verification & Access
Access to the platform may be granted immediately upon signup; however:
- License verification may occur after access is granted
- We reserve the right to revoke access if verification fails or information is inaccurate
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity occurring under your account
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use
9. Payments & Refunds
- Membership fees are processed securely through Stripe.
- Fees are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.
- You may cancel future renewals at any time via your account.
10. Platform Availability
We strive to keep Next Hive Network available and functioning smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
11. Limitation of Liability
Next Hive Network is provided “as is.”
We are not liable for:
- Referral outcomes or disputes
- Financial losses related to referrals
- Actions or representations of other members
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access:
- For violations of these Terms
- For inaccurate or unverifiable information
- To protect the integrity of the network
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
